Open to businesses, vendors, advertisers, etc. who support the organization’s purpose and programs. In return, you will be mentioned at each monthly meeting, may be able to present at a monthly meeting, are mentioned on the Business Sponsorship page on the chapter website, and may become a vetted vendor that is recommended by the chapter.
Your generous support has a direct and positive impact on the group’s ability to provide quality speakers, continuing education, and important resources.

Langer Construction
Langer Construction is a commercial construction company based in Minnesota that provides a range of services, from remodeling and additions to new construction. The company, originally founded as a masonry subcontractor in 1946, now offers services like design-build, general contracting, and facility planning for various markets, including industrial, religious, and commercial projects. Langer Construction emphasizes a team-oriented approach, aiming to complete projects on time and within budget, and has a two-year extended warranty on its work.
Russ Zellmer, Co-Owner and President, has been an active member of our local chapter for many years, attending and presenting at our monthly meetings. He joined Langer 30 years ago with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Construction Management from Mankato State University. After holding nearly every position in the company he has advanced to president and co-owner. Russ is also an active member of the Minnesota Church Facility Managers Association of Minnesota (MACFM). In addition, Russ is a current member of the Eagan Rotary Club serving as past president, secretary, and Chair for the Annual Gala.

Station 19 Architects
Station 19 Architects is a custom design building and facility solutions based on a ministry or organization’s long-term strategic goals. Thier maxim of “Listen First” steers all of their projects, spending time and energy on the front end, ensuring they understand the culture and vision of the organization. Every plan is different because every organization is different. At Station 19 Architects, they steer with clarity the design, development, and planning process for your ministry building project.
Founded in 1974, they celebrated their 50th Anniversary as Station 19 Architects, Inc in 2024. A family-owned business from the start, Station 19 began serving churches out of a passion for guiding ministries through the organizational challenges of a building project. The current principals have been practicing together since 1999. Over the years they have worked with over 800 ministries and nonprofits across the country, walking with them to overcome the challenges and opportunities that have been presented to them.
Nicole Thompson, President of Station 19 Architects, is a regular presenter at our monthly meetings. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, and from the University of Maryland with a Master’s in Architecture. Nicole has worked at Station 19 Architects since 1999, with her favorite aspect being serving their clients by creating a facility that best meets their vision and mission.
