In 1956, 45 church administrators attended a national interdenominational conference in Oklahoma City.
The National Association of Church Business Administrators was formally organized the following year.
The Twin Cities Metro chapter (then known as the North Central chapter) was chartered in 1957 as the 7th local chapter.

In 1956, 45 church administrators attended a national interdenominational conference in Oklahoma City.
The National Association of Church Business Administrators was formally organized the following year.
The Twin Cities Metro chapter (then known as the North Central chapter) was chartered in 1957 as the 7th local chapter.
NACBA was formally incorporated in Minneapolis in July, 1965, and became known as The Church Network in 2014.
Several local administrators have served as officers and board members over the years.
